Practice Areas
Practice has consisted of civil trial litigation. Seventy-five percent of my experience has been for top five property and casualty carriers, resulting in the handling of approximately 2,500 insurance defense files resulting in over 125 insurance defense cases tried to conclusion. The jury trials have included everything from simple soft tissue cases to head injuries, wrongful death, sexual communicable diseases and civil rape. In addition, I have handled Plaintiff's personal injury from soft tissue injuries to head injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice and employment law. I also practice in the areas of contract, family law, general business practice, mediation and arbitration.
