Education
Ms. Kvas is a 1987 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Minnesota - College of Liberal Arts. She also attended the College of St. Theresa, in Winona, Minnesota, for two years.

Admissions
Ms. Kvas is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court.

Publications
Ms. Kvas has lectured for various Continuing Legal Education programs in her specialty areas. She also has provided seminars for her clients, particularly in the areas of personal injury defense.

Professional Organizations
Ms. Kvas is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association and is on the panel of the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Kvas received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available based on a confidential peer review.

Representative Clients
Ms. Kvas provides legal services for several large automobile and casualty insurers. Her practice includes representing individuals on estate planning and probate issues. She also represents both employees and employers, and assists in resolving employment disputes.

General Information
Ms. Kvas is a volunteer attorney with the Children's Law Center and is also active in faith formation instruction at her church. She is married and has three children.
