Practice Areas

Practice has consisted of civil trial litigation. Eighty percent of my experience has been for top five property and casualty carriers, resulting in the handling of approximately 3,000 insurance defense files resulting in over 150 insurance defense cases tried to conclusion. The jury trials have included everything from simple soft tissue cases to traumatic brain injuries to wrongful death. In addition, I have handled Plaintiff's personal injury from soft tissue injuries to head injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice and employment law. I also practice in the areas of contract, general business practice, mediation and arbitration.
